About this Course

This course focuses on basic bike handling skills for children or adults with little or no experience. We will cover all the fundamental skills needed to get on your bike and ride comfortably. Participants will learn how to push, glide, steer and stop. Participants must bring a bike helmet and bike. What is an appropriately sized bike? When sitting on the bike seat, both feet should be flat on the ground.
