This class is for swimmers who can complete breaststroke for 25 metres and back and front crawl for 50 metres. Swimmers will be introduced to a variety of entries including stride entry and compact jump into deep water. Swimmers will develop their front and back crawl to a distance of 100 metres each and their breaststroke to a distance of 50 metres. In addition, swimmers will be introduced to scissor kick and a 300 metre workout.
