About this Course

This class is for swimmers who are comfortable jumping into deep water with a PFD, treading water for 30 seconds and swimming for 10 metres. Swimmers must also be able to complete front and back crawl for 15 metres. In this level, swimmers will focus on improving technique and endurance in front and back crawl to a distance of 25 metres. In addition, swimmers will learn forward roll entries, standing dive entries and treading water for 2 minutes. This level is equivalent to Adult Swimmer 2 in the previous Learn to Swim program.
