About this Course

This class is for swimmers who are comfortable gliding on their front, back and side for 3 metres without assistance. Swimmers will learn front and back crawl, treading water, kicking in 5 metres intervals, and vertical whip kick. An adult must be immediately accessible in the pool viewing area for the entire class.
