About this Course

This class is for swimmers who can complete 25 metres of front and back crawl. Swimmers will continue their progress with strokes such as front and back crawl over a 50-metre distance. They will learn new skills including eggbeater kick, back somersaults and breaststroke to a distance of 25 metres.
