About this Course

This class is intended for new swimmers who are 18+ years old. Swimmers will learn how to float, glide, and kick on their front and back without assistance, as well as hold their breath, exhale, and jump into chest deep water. Front crawl and back crawl will be introduced to a distance of 15 metres.
