About this Course

This class is intended for new swimmers who are 13-17 years old. Swimmers will learn how to float, glide and kick on their front and back without assistance as well as hold their breath, exhale and jump into chest deep water. Front crawl and back crawl will be introduced to a distance of 15 metres. Please note we have updated our Learn to Swim Program. This level is equivalent to Teen Swimmer 1 in the previous Learn to Swim program.
